History & The Team

Garth Enterprises has been providing the Delmarva area with quality residential and commercial construction services for over 25 years. From the humble beginnings of our founder working as a realtor and building manager, where he gained invaluable knowledge about the construction industry, to our current status as a preferred national contractor of numerous nationally-recognized builders, we are proud of our roots.

The team behind Garth Enterprises has worked on hundreds of homes in the United States and throughout the world, tackling projects in Israel, Africa, Russia, Argentina, Guatemala, and Brazil. Starting in 2000, Garth Enterprises worked to become the premier framing contractor of Delaware and the surrounding area. As members of the Bethany Fenwick Chamber of Commerce and Contractors for a Cause, we have remained a positive presence in the communities in which we live and work every day.

Currently, we have over 200 associates working on residential construction projects to include framing, renovations, and commercial construction, specializing in framing throughout the area, in addition to our carpenters and siding and decking specialists. We have successfully completed well over 1,000 projects ahead of schedule while adhering to our high, uncompromising quality standards.
